This three bedroom condo is absolutely filled with a great
quality mix of 1940's to 1980's furniture, art, jewelry and about
everything else you can think of.

  • Some of the furniture includes: a Union National Provincial 9 piece
    Dining Room Set, walnut Windsor chairs, a like new floral
    upholstered sleeper sofa, a Lane Cedar Chest, a five piece walnut king
    size bedroom set with triple dresser and chest of drawers, modern
    formica wall unit, a wonderful retro 1960's sofa, a child size carved
    rocker c.1940, a very nice brass tea cart, Stiffel lamps,  french style
    painted bedroom set, end tables, neat looking chairs, an Ethan Allen
    TV stand, three TVs, one of which is a large Sony model, VCRs,
    stereo equipment, a fax machine and a cash register.

  • There are several interesting oil paintings, prints, a nice outdoor
    Wallace Nutting, sterling and silverplate flatware and trays, fine linens,
    loads of books, picture frames, dozens of purses, and a huge selection
    of costume jewelry.

  • China and glassware include an old pattern glass punch bowl, cups
    and saucers including Shelley, Wedgwood, Franciscan, Noritake,
    Colclough, depression and cut glass,  lucite, and 46 pieces of Libbey
    1970s stemware.

  • There are two large sets of china, one is Syracuse Rhapsody and one is
    a huge English Ironstone set.

  • Of special interest is a Kitchen Aid mixer, Hudson Bay blankets,
    cameras, SInger sewing machine, knitting supplies, games, film
    projectors, an exercise bike, an apartment size freezer and  fridge, a
    filled kitchen and much misc.

  • Before living in this condo, the client lived in a large North Buffalo
    home and brought most of these things with them. Everything is in
    remarkably well taken care of condition, and there is a huge variety.
